In line with the Egyptian Drug Authority's commitment to institutional transparency and effective strategic management, the Strategic Plan for the period from January 2025 to June 2027 has been published. This plan comes in the face of the rapid challenges and transformations occurring in the pharmaceutical sector locally and globally, which require readiness, adaptability, and flexibility.

The Strategic Plan is aligned with Egypt's Vision 2030 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, incorporating best global practices in pharmaceutical regulation and WHO standards for assessing and accrediting national regulatory authorities. It reflects an ambitious strategic direction that meets the needs of the national and regional community and enhances the Authority's leading position at both regional and international levels. The plan is built upon three core strategic priorities: Drug Security, Innovation and Institutional Excellence, and Leadership and Competitiveness.
