Technical appeals and requests should be submitted directly to the relevant EDA entity, for the concerned Central Administration.

The information and data contained in all inquiries, complaints and suggestions are treated with utmost confidentiality, as they are fully protected by the Egyptian Drug Authority and the concerned authorities. The Beneficiary may also add any other information or data as he wishes to contribute in this regard.
