The Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) has launched the Guideline Introduction Program, aiming to enhance the awareness of pharmacy service providers regarding the guidelines issued by the General Administration for Pharmacy Practice and Drug Utilization at the EDA.

This is achieved by holding virtual lectures and forums targeting community pharmacists working in public pharmacies, as well as hospital pharmacists working across various health sectors and institutions in Egypt.

The program aims to elevate the quality of provided healthcare services, achieve continuous professional development for pharmacists, and maintain patient safety and security, making this program a pivotal step toward standardizing pharmaceutical practices in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.
